The purpose of the Luxury Residential Asset Class Cypress Fund is for the General Partner to manage a real estate fund focused on the development and management of a 99 unit residential real estate asset and maximize investment income for the Fund.

The Cypress Fund

​The Fund is offering a minimum of 3,000,000 and a maximum of 65,000,000 Class A Membership Units at a price of $1.00 per Unit. Upon completion of the Offering between 3,000,000 and 65,000,000 Class A Membership Units will be issued.
